Article 1 (Defining operational policies)
1.
The Great Toy Showdown Operating Policy (the ‘Operating Policy’) is based on the Sandy Floor Game Common Terms of Service (the ‘Terms of Service’) and is designed to provide stable and smooth service of Great Toy Showdown (the ‘Game’) and its official website (the ‘Website’). In the event of any conflict between this Operating Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
2.
(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company’) shall endeavour to deal consistently and fairly with issues arising within the Game based on this Operating Policy.
3.
Matters not specified in this Operating Policy shall be handled in accordance with the Terms of Service common to Sandy Floor games, general social norms, and relevant laws and regulations.
4.
This Operating Policy may be changed due to the Company's circumstances or for smoother game operation, and the Company will notify the players of any changes 7 days in advance (at least 30 days in advance if it is disadvantageous to the players) through the homepage or via the email address provided to the Company. The Company shall not be liable for any damage or inconvenience caused by failure to confirm this.
Article 2 (GM roles and responsibilities)
1.
A Game Master (‘GM’) is a person who manages and operates the Game Services.
2.
The GM is committed to helping players play the game smoothly, and to ensuring that players have a good experience by preventing behaviour that violates this Policy.
3.
GMs will respond to player inquiries as quickly as possible and endeavour to be fair.
4.
GMs will not judge issues based on private interests, friendships, or personal feelings, and will always use objective observation and reasoned judgement to resolve all issues in accordance with appropriate procedures and policies.
5.
GMs do not intervene in player behaviour in the game; however, GMs may take actions such as terminating access, restricting access, or monitoring in accordance with this policy if they deem it necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the game or to promote a fun and healthy gaming culture.
6.
GM does not ask for player account passwords and does not disclose player information that it has obtained in the course of its business. However, if a government agency or investigative agency requests the provision of information such as personal information in accordance with lawful procedures, GM may provide limited information to such agencies at its discretion.
Article 3 (Player rights and obligations)
1.
Players are required to refrain from any conduct that violates the Terms of Service and these Rules, which may result in a ban in accordance with the relevant policies. In addition, persistent or severe violations may result in a higher level of ban. Serious violations may result in a permanent ban from the Game on that account, a permanent ban from all accounts created under the same name, a permanent ban from all accounts under the same name, and a permanent ban from registering for the Game itself.
2.
Players are obliged to check the Terms of Service and related policies, including these Rules, from time to time, as well as the announcements on the homepage, and will not be able to receive assistance for any issues arising from their failure to do so.
3.
Players are required to cooperate as much as possible with the GM's request for cooperation, and if they are treated unfairly or harmed by any in-game or out-of-game issues, they may seek redress through the methods provided by the Company, such as contacting Customer Support or the relevant emails.
4.
Players are obligated to manage and protect their information, and the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by sharing, selling, or transferring personal information and login information (account name, password, etc.) to others. In addition, if it is confirmed that a player has stolen another person's information or shared, sold, or transferred his/her personal information and login information to others during registration, the Company may take measures such as restricting the use of the account, and may be subject to civil or criminal liability in accordance with relevant laws.
5.
Players must immediately notify the Company through the homepage, etc. if they find any abnormal phenomena (bugs/system abuse, use of unauthorised programs, etc.) in the game, and use/abuse of such abnormal phenomena regardless of notification may result in restrictions on use in accordance with this operating policy.
6.
Players may be restricted from using the Service if they impersonate any of the Company's employees, operators, or other related parties, make any changes to the information posted by the Company, or transmit or post information (computer programs, etc.) prohibited by the Company.
7.
Players may be subject to restrictions on use if they infringe on the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company and other third parties, damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties, or interfere with their business, and may be subject to civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.
Article 4 (Types of unhealthy behaviour)
1.
Unsavoury behaviour means any behaviour that interferes with or harasses others in the game, or that may cause offence to others in chat, posts or otherwise, and also includes behaviour that interferes with the normal operation of the Company. Such behaviour is not limited to client chats, game areas, but applies to all areas of the services provided by the Company, including posts on the homepage.
2.
For unhealthy behaviour that violates the Terms of Service and this Operating Policy, the Company may restrict use in accordance with the relevant policies. When the Company takes measures such as restriction of use in accordance with this Operating Policy, the Company will notify the player through the homepage, in-game message function, or contactable methods such as the email entered by the player at the time of registration, and the Company shall not be liable for any disadvantages caused by the player's failure to confirm the notification due to false information entered at the time of registration or the player's negligence.

How to report: You can report via the in-game player report function.
b.
If this is not available or does not apply, you can report via email.
c.
In addition to the types of unhealthy behaviour listed below, any of the following types of behaviour that constitute unhealthy behaviour according to general social norms, applicable laws, etc. may result in restrictions on your use of the Game, and may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable laws, depending on the circumstances.
i.
Types of Unsavoury Behaviour - Game Interference
1.
Game disruption is any behaviour that intentionally or persistently impairs the gameplay of others, either in or out of the game.
a.
Idling: Inactivity or extended periods of time away from the game, causing offence and distress to teammates.
b.
Exit: An act that causes offence and damage to teammates by forcibly closing the client (terminating access) or being disconnected for a long period of time after starting the game, thereby putting the team you belong to at a disadvantage. (The Exit and Idleness Enforcement System is a system that automatically identifies and restricts behaviour that causes damage to others by closing the client or leaving the game during gameplay, and if you accumulate Exit and Idleness, you may be restricted from using the game by this enforcement system. Unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any damage or restriction of use caused by temporary termination or forced termination of access due to the player's PC equipment (laptop, etc.), network environment, or other reasons).
c.
Intentionally helping the other team: Any act that creates a disadvantageous situation for allies or provides an advantage to the other team, contrary to the normal use of the game, such as intentionally causing your own amiibo to die to give the other team an advantage, or informing the other team of your team's location through chat, etc.
ii.
Types of Unhealthy Behaviour - Verbal Abuse
1.
Verbal abuse refers to any behaviour that may cause offence to others through in-game or out-game chat or posts.
a.
Using language that is defamatory, insulting, or violates the rights of others
b.
using language that is abusive or explicitly sexual in nature
c.
Use language that defames or violates the rights of others, such as mocking a particular political, racial, ethnic, religious, gender, or personality group.
d.
Use of language that directly or indirectly symbolises profanity, slander or hatred towards parents or family members
e.
Use of language that directly or indirectly expresses the purpose of or relates to criminal behaviour
f.
Use of language that directly or indirectly expresses anti-national behaviour
g.
Use of language that harms good customs and other social order
h.
Repeated use of the same sentences and words and similar content
iii.
Types of Unhealthy Behaviour - Use of Inappropriate Names
1.
Inappropriate name use refers to any behaviour that may cause offence to others by using words that harm common social concepts, good manners, etc. and applies not only to in-game names but also to all in-game and out-of-game services provided by the Company.
a.
Names containing swear words, profanity
b.
Names that contain sexually suggestive or pornographic content
c.
Names that contain content that defames or infringes on the rights of others, such as mocking certain politics, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or personalities
d.
Names that contain content that may impersonate a company employee or company official
e.
Names that use special characters or contain abnormal spellings
f.
Names that contain content, names, etc. for acts prohibited by the Terms of Service and these Operating Policies, such as spot trading of items, accounts, or proxy games.
g.
Names that use advertising names or contain content that may violate trademarks, copyrights, etc.
h.
Names that indirectly symbolise profanity, slander or disrespect for parents or family members
i.
Names that directly or indirectly represent anti-national or criminal activity.
j.
Any other way in which any of the items listed above are directly or indirectly inferred or associated, including spelling variations and combinations.
k.
Using a name that includes personal information may cause inconvenience in or out of the game, and the Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the player's own name.
iv.
Types of Unhealthy Behaviour - Trading Games, Accounts, and Other Content
1.
Trading games, accounts, and other content means any act of trading or attempting to trade any content provided by the Company with others through methods not authorised by the Company, including all acts of trading, whether paid or unpaid.
a.
When trading intent is identified in or outside of the game
b.
Registration, chat, in-game name, etc. in a post that we believe indicates trading intent.
v.
Types of Unsavoury Behaviour - Bugs and System Exploits
1.
Bug and system abuse is any behaviour that takes advantage of in-game or out-of-game errors or normal systems in a way that is not intended by the Company. Players are required to notify the Company by contacting the Company if they find such bugs or systems that may be abused, and if they abuse them regardless of whether they are notified or not, they may be subject to restrictions in accordance with the Terms of Service and this Operating Policy.
a.
If you are found to have exploited bugs, systems, etc.
b.
You intentionally interfere with the game progress of others by exploiting bugs, systems, etc.
c.
If you gain an unfair advantage by exploiting bugs, systems, etc.
d.
Directly or indirectly disseminating to others how to exploit bugs, systems, etc.
vi.
Types of Unhealthy Behaviour - Creating, Using, Promoting, or Disseminating Unauthorised Programs
1.
Unauthorised program creation, use, promotion, dissemination means any act related to the creation, use, promotion, dissemination, etc. of any program or device that affects any service area provided by the Company without the express permission of the Company. Players who engage in such behaviour may be subject to restrictions under the Terms of Service and this Operating Policy, and may incur civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.
a.
Accessing any service area provided by the Company, such as the game client program, server, homepage, etc. through any method not authorised by the Company, or analysing or altering it using any device, gadget, other program, etc.
b.
Directly or indirectly creating, using, promoting, or distributing unauthorised programs through the game, homepage, or any other method.
c.
Using a programme that allows multiple game clients to run simultaneously on a single PC or IP address
2.
If you repeatedly use unauthorised programs, or if the adverse effects on the Company and other players are serious, you may be restricted by IP address or Unique Device ID.
3.
The use of any device or programme that analyses, changes or affects any area of the services provided by the Company is subject to restrictions, so please take care not to use any device or programme with such functions in conjunction with the services provided by the Company.
vii.
Types of Unhealthy Behaviour - Promotion and Advertising
1.
Promotion and advertisement means any act of promoting or advertising the game service or the Company, whether in or out of the game, including any content, whether paid or unpaid.
a.
If you promote or advertise contents that may have an adverse effect on the game, such as cash transactions/illegal free servers/unauthorised programmes/account development/proxy games, etc.
b.
Promoting or advertising content unrelated to the game on the game and homepage, etc.
c.
Promoting or advertising various contents against the will of the Company, etc.
viii.
Types of Unhealthy Behaviour - Impersonation of Company Employees and Dissemination of False Facts
1.
Impersonation of company employees and dissemination of false facts means any act that causes confusion to others through impersonation of company employees or untrue contents in or out of the game, or directly or indirectly causes damage to others. Such behaviour may result in restrictions on use under the Terms of Service and this Operating Policy, as well as civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.
a.
Impersonating a company employee and asking for personal information or login information of others
b.
If you impersonate an employee of the Company to spread falsehoods or gain unfair advantage.
c.
Use an account name or in-game name that may impersonate a Company employee or the Company, such as a fictitious account name or in-game name.
d.
Other cases of impersonation of Company employees

Company employees will never ask for the password to a player's account. Please take great care to ensure that your personal information and login information is not disclosed to anyone other than yourself.
ix.
Types of Unacceptable Behaviour - Disruption of Service and False Reports
1.
Service Interference and False Reporting means any behaviour that interferes with the smooth provision of the Game and related services or causes unjustified damage to the Company or others by communicating false facts to the Company or others. Such behaviour may result in restrictions on use under the Terms of Service and this Operating Policy, as well as civil and criminal liability under applicable laws.
a.
Use of abusive language, obscene language, threats, etc. to company employees
b.
Abusing the reporting function, making false reports, etc.
c.
Failure to cooperate with suspension warnings from the company's employees regarding in-game behaviour, etc.
d.
Any other cases that interfere with the normal provision of services.
x.
Types of Unhealthy Behaviour - Acts such as Interference with Fair Competition
1.
Unfair competition means any behaviour that interferes with a fair and enjoyable gaming environment and causes offence to others, whether in or out of the game.
a.
Proxy gaming: allowing or attempting to allow someone else to access or play a game on your behalf, such as by sharing an account.
b.
Win/loss manipulation: any behaviour that artificially influences or attempts to influence the outcome of a game, including trading wins or intentionally losing.
xi.
Types of Unsavoury Behaviour - Other
1.
In addition to the above-mentioned items, it refers to behaviour that may cause adverse effects or damage to players using the game, both in and out of the game. The following lists, but is not limited to, other items that may result in a ban.
a.
Mentioning unhealthy behaviour that adversely affects others.
b.
If the content of the broadcast/media adversely affects the game service or others in consideration of the Company's agreements such as the Terms of Service and Operating Policy, other social norms, and relevant laws and regulations.
c.
In case of unauthorised dissemination of personal information of others in all service areas provided by the Company
d.
Infringement of copyright and other rights of third parties in all service areas provided by the Company
Article 5 (Restriction criteria)
1.
Misconduct other than as set forth below may result in the imposition of a ban in accordance with the following, and may also result in additional civil or criminal liability under applicable law, depending on the circumstances.
a.
All restrictions may result in a higher level of restriction depending on the severity, intentionality, repetition, commercial use, etc. of the behaviour, or, in very serious cases, the highest level of restriction (permanent ban from all games and restriction of membership for all SandyFloor accounts under the same name).
b.
If you are banned repeatedly (even if you are banned for different things), your bans will accumulate, and in very severe cases, you may be subject to the highest level of ban (permanent ban from all games on all SandyFloor accounts under the same name and restriction from joining SandyFloor).
c.
Self-reporting of inappropriate behaviour, or expressing in-game or out-of-game language that implies inappropriate behaviour (chat, postings, etc.) may also result in the same level of restriction.
d.
Aiding, abetting, or directly or indirectly benefiting from inappropriate behaviour may also result in the same level of ban, even if you did not commit the behaviour yourself.
e.
If you're banned from the game, banned from chat, banned from Ranked Play, or banned from Ranked Play for unhealthy behaviour, you may not be eligible for events and in-game rewards (such as seasonal rewards and loot), and you may be restricted from using some game services.
f.
If you are found to have engaged in severe levels of inappropriate behaviour, your name may be temporarily or permanently banned.
g.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of such restrictions.
h.
If multiple bans are applied to different accounts with the same name due to unacceptable behaviour, the bans may be cumulative or a higher ban may be applied.
i.
Permanent restriction of all accounts under the same name (permanent) means a higher level of restriction that permanently prevents all company accounts under the same name with confirmed unhealthy behaviour from using the game, and the same applies to accounts that rejoin after withdrawal or newly added accounts.

*①, ②, ③: In addition to game restrictions, you may be subject to chat restrictions and ranked game restrictions, and additional restrictions may be imposed, such as withdrawal or cancellation of in-game rewards (seasonal rewards, loot, etc.). As the criteria for this ban is based on the degree and number of previous bans, the severity and frequency of unhealthy behaviour, the way the ban system is implemented, and the adverse effects on other players or the Company, it may vary depending on the individual, and severe violations may result in a ban that is more severe than the previous ban.

Article 6 (Inquiries)
1.
A player who is restricted from using the game based on this Operating Policy may file an appeal through in-game inquiries within 15 days from the date of notification of the restriction. However, the Company may refuse to accept the appeal if the player continuously uses abusive language, obscene language, threats, and other behaviours that interfere with the Company's normal business.
2.
In principle, the Company shall respond to the appeal within 15 days, but if the Company is unable to respond within 15 days due to circumstances, the Company shall notify the reason for the delay through the customer support page, inquiry response, email, etc.
3.
If the player proves that there is no intention or negligence on his/her part, or if the improper restriction is confirmed due to the intention or gross negligence of the Company, the Company will provide compensation through reasonable means.
